User Management

User Authentication:

The users may register themselves and login locally or using an external authentication system like Jabber, Blogger, LiveJournal or another Drupal-based site. Drupal can be integrated with LDAP servers, this make it very useful on intranets.

Role based authentication:

The Drupal administrators do not need to set permissions for each user. Instead, the can group the users under ‘roles’ and assign permissions those ‘roles’.
